KREDIT designed and implemented a storage solution for the customer featuring mobile cantilever racking systems specifically intended for storing sheet metal in the form of bundles. The solution is categorized based on the dimensions and weight of the stored units:

• 120 bundles (1,500 × 6,000 mm) with a maximum weight of 5,000 kg per bundle.
• 600 bundles (1,500 × 3,000 mm) with a weight of 3,000 kg per bundle.

The total warehouse capacity is 720 bundles, representing 2,400,000 kg of stored material.

Operating Principle

The mobile cantilever racks allow for the storage of sheet metal bundles on high-capacity arms while ensuring maximum utilization of warehouse space. Individual aisles are opened according to the operator's needs, ensuring safe access to the required material without the need to move surrounding bundles.

Material handling is carried out using a specialized forklift, which enables the fast and precise loading and unloading of heavy units. The system is designed to handle various material formats efficiently while minimizing handling times.
