Project executionChallenging logistics

Challenging logistics as our mobile bases are located in the basement of the new building, which placed significant demands on logistics. All materials had to be transported through an open roof using a mobile crane. Thanks to thorough preparation, the entire process was completed without complications.

Rail installation and space preparation

After successfully moving the material into the building, we began installing the rails for the mobile carriages. Once this phase was completed, the customer installed the final floor, which was essential for the subsequent installation of the mobile carriages.

Installation of carriages and superstructure

After the floor was finished, we gradually delivered and installed the components for the mobile carriages and the cantilever superstructure. The total installation time (including the complete superstructure) - was just under two weeks.

Handover and training

After completing the installation, we handed over the system, including:

• training warehouse staff for safe and efficient operation

• training maintenance personnel, where we explained, among other things, how to adjust the carriage safety barriers and other maintenance-related features of the mobile system

The project delivered a modern, space efficient, and high capacity solution for tyre storage in a premium automotive service environment. The mobile cantilever carriages ensure maximum space utilisation, safe handling, and long term reliable operation.
