Former employees and company veterans returned to familiar grounds after years away. They toured the modernized production facilities, reminisced about the old times, and saw firsthand how KREDIT continues to build upon their hard work.

Every great story has its foundations. The story of KREDIT, spol. s r.o. began in 1993 in rented premises. Today, after more than thirty years, we are a strong manufacturing company delivering warehousing technologies to dozens of countries worldwide. However, behind this success are not just machines and industrial halls – above all, it is driven by people. Many of those who stood at the very birth of our company or spent years and decades of their professional careers with us are now enjoying well-deserved retirement. To ensure they remain connected with their "home" workplace and to express our gratitude for the mark they left, we organized an informal reunion for our former employees.

The program opened with a joint gathering and presentations by the Production Manager and the HR team, who highlighted the most significant transformations and the overall modernization the company has undergone in recent years:

• Welding robotics: Higher precision, efficiency, and simplification of demanding physical work.
• New eco-friendly and modern paint factory hall: Ensuring top-quality surface finishing for our racking systems.
• Office and facilities modernization: Creating a state-of-the-art working environment for both current and new colleagues.

Former workers had the opportunity to walk through the production areas, compare past methods with today's automation, and learn more about the current market position, corporate direction, and new products we are developing and manufacturing.

Equally important as the numbers and technology, however, was the human element of the event. This cross-generational gathering created space for sharing experiences between veterans and the current team. There was no shortage of shared memories from the early days, amusing anecdotes from the shop floor, or genuine joy in seeing the direction KREDIT is evolving.

"A company is only as strong as its foundation. Our former colleagues left a piece of their lives and an enormous amount of honest work here. It was an honor to show them that we are continuing their legacy and that KREDIT grows thanks to them," was highlighted during the event.
