Technology, modern racking systems or optimized processes are essential, but without the people doing honest work in production day in and day out, logistics would never move forward. How do we show our employees that we truly value their hard work? The answer is simple: create an environment where people don't feel like just cogs in a machine, but as the true backbone of the company. And, every now and then, get together outside the workshop and warehouse, leave the work clothes behind, and unwind together.

This was precisely the spirit of our September event for KREDIT's production team, which took place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at the pleasant Myslivna venue in Dolní Němčí. Even though the autumn weather didn't play along and it rained all day, it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. Tucked away safe, warm, and dry inside Myslivna, the rain outside was merely a backdrop to an evening filled with informal conversations, laughter, and a great atmosphere. The grill served up delicious roasted pork, traditional white grilled sausages, and crispy pretzels. Cold beer flowed freely, while drivers and those preferring non-alcoholic options enjoyed classic raspberry lemonade. Music and entertainment were handled by our trusted DJ—the same one who got the party started at our Christmas party last year—making it a guaranteed hit.

However, the heart of the evening wasn't just the great food, but the moment we all paused to pay tribute to those who have dedicated a significant part of their professional lives to KREDIT. While financial rewards are important, public recognition in front of colleagues carries immense moral value. Huge thanks for 15 years of dedication went to Jiří Kratochvíl, Stanislav Sedláček, and Petr Krasnec. Meanwhile, Petr Multán celebrated an incredible three decades with our company. Thirty years at a single company is an exceptional milestone today, built on a foundation of hard work, experience, and loyalty. Alongside these work anniversaries, we didn't forget personal milestones either, extending our warmest congratulations to Jiří Zajíc and Vladislav Ryšavý on their milestone birthdays.
